Customization

A customized course is created in one of these four general ways:

1. A combination of topics from our catalog of existing courses.
2. A different release or version of an existing course.
3. A combination of existing topics from our catalog, and new topics.
4. A combination of all new topics - i.e., not found in our catalog.

In all cases, the length of topics and number of days can be changed.

A course can be further customized in the following ways:

• Pre-class screening of students' skill levels and interests
• Use of client's actual application and data files for class lab exercises
• Post-class follow-up (mentoring, testing, advanced training)

Customization can be expanded to include a thorough review of training needs, and development of a comprehensive, long-term program to transform the skills of the entire project team or development staff.
